JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assign and support consulting teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet operational targets.
Strategically plan operational needs to align resource capacity with demand.
Proactively identify and address business challenges affecting sales and devise creative solutions.
Ensure accurate project skill matching and goal alignment for all resource assignments.
Continuously monitor and adjust consultant capacity to meet utilization targets and foster growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven ability to independently influence and direct personnel and operations.
Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting targets.
Strong communication skills, able to clearly convey information and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
