JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Facilitate communication and act as a liaison between Services departments, Sales departments, and clients.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, statements of work, and contractual compliance to ensure service delivery.
• Manage full life-cycle operational Engagement and Project Management.
• Process all financial documents accurately and timely while initiating resource fulfillment requests.
• Provide strategic solutions to escalated customer issues and closely work with assigned Services Manager for business partnership.

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Exceptional leadership and collaboration capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication talents.
• Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or substantial supervisory experience.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with Professional Services Automation tools, process improvement projects, and proficiency in Power BI & Excel dashboard creation.
