Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Data Services (EDS) team, focusing on workflow automation within the ServiceNow platform. This role involves closely working with stakeholders to streamline and automate business processes, ensuring the development of efficient system solutions that meet our organizational needs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming customer requirements into actionable product features and enhancing our data analytics and migration capabilities using cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize business processes for automation opportunities.
  • Gather, document, and interpret business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and manage workflows using ServiceNow.
  • Partner with developers to automate processes and integrate solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing, offer end-user training, and oversee the performance of automated systems.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow for creating and managing workflows.
  • Strong background in automating manual processes and converting requirements into solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Domain Experience:
  • Prior experience in data analytics, cloud technologies, AWS Services, and cloud data security is highly beneficial for this role.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work involved.
