Contract Type:  W2 Only
Duration:  6+ Months
Location: San Jose, CA (#LI-Hybrid)
Pay Range: $70 - $75 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
This role supports HR Service Delivery initiatives within ServiceNow, focusing on enhancing employee experiences across various HR functions. You will collaborate with product and business teams to define and implement new functionalities and improvements. Your work will directly impact how employees interact with HR services, ensuring efficient and effective support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze current and future HR workflows with subject matter experts.
  • Document business requirements into detailed product specifications.
  • Configure and customize HRSD modules, including catalog items and case management.
  • Develop and implement efficient routing and workflow logic.
  • Collaborate on system integrations with key HR platforms.
Must-Have Skills:
  • ServiceNow HRSD configuration experience
  • Ability to write precise requirements and user stories
  • Proficiency in Jira for requirement management
Industry Experience:
This role requires experience in the Human Resources technology domain, particularly with platforms managing employee services and workflows.
