Contract Type: W2 Only
Duration: 6+ Months  
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Pay Range: $75 - $80 per hour On W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 6 years experience. The ideal candidate will excel in the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions and integrations, applying best practices across ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, or other relevant modules. Practical knowledge of platform administration, scripting, and module customization is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ServiceNow applications, including custom applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
  • Customize and enhance modules such as ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and others based on specific business needs.
  • Develop and manage the Service Catalog, Request Management, Incident, and Change modules, along with CMDB.
  • Create and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and external applications.
  • Implement and maintain flows in Flow Designer, leveraging Scripted REST APIs, Workflows, and Integration Hub for automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development practices.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow Administration and familiar modules like ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap in Service Portal development.
  • Certified in ServiceNow System Administration (CSA) and/or Application Development (CAD).
Industry Experience:
Not specified, but preferred candidates will have demonstrable experience within industries heavily reliant on IT Service Management and workflow automation.
