JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Design and develop comprehensive end-to-end customer journey maps integrating various touchpoints across digital, expert, and back-office channels.
- Generate detailed service blueprints outlining necessary processes, systems, and expert interactions to deliver enhanced customer experiences.
- Create and iterate on low- and high-fidelity prototypes to validate new service experiences with stakeholders.
- Lead workshops to align, inspire, and collaborate with teams across customer success, product, operations, design, and tax expertise.
- Identify and propose enhancements in the ecosystem of people, processes, and technology to deliver seamless customer and expert interactions.
Must have Skills
- Proficiency in service design and customer experience strategies.
- Strong capabilities in journey mapping, service blueprinting, and experience prototyping.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to drive stakeholder alignment and decision-making.
