Job Summary:
This role is responsible for leading the entire lifecycle of service design initiatives, from initial concept and planning through to successful delivery. You will be instrumental in envisioning and articulating compelling customer experiences that align with business objectives and inspire stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments, adeptly balancing multiple priorities and fostering consensus across diverse teams to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of service design projects.
  • Develop and present innovative customer experience strategies using prototypes.
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment among product, design, research, and operations teams.
  • Articulate service visions to drive organizational understanding and buy-in.
  • Proactively identify and manage project risks and dependencies.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Champion customer-centric decision-making.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

Industry Experience:
  • This role requires experience in designing and optimizing complex, multi-stakeholder service offerings within a technology-driven industry.
