Pay Range: $65 - $72 Per Hour W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a UX Researcher with a strong quantitative background to support data-driven product design decisions within Search and ads teams. The researcher will design and execute studies, analyze user data, and provide insights to optimize user interface (UI) and visual design performance. This role requires a passion for user behavior, data analysis, and experimentation to enhance user experience and engagement across Google products.
Key Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience in UX Research, with a focus on quantitative methods.
Proficiency in designing and analyzing surveys, experiments, and behavioral studies. - Experience using tools such as Qualtrics, Figma, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Google Sheets, Tableau, or Looker).
- Strong analytical and statistical skills; ability to interpret data trends and communicate insights clearly.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Minimum of a Master's or Phd in a relevant field.
- Experience working in large-scale product environments such as Search, Ads, or e-commerce.
- Familiarity with SQL or Python for data querying and statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of experimental design (A/B testing, regression modeling, etc.).
