JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to prepare and assist with all treasury-related accounting activities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and to develop and maintain accounting policies. You will also be advising the Corporate Treasury team on accounting implications of their strategies and supporting process improvement initiatives. This role requires someone passionate about enhancing systems and procedures, capable of performing monthly and quarterly close activities, and eager to contribute to internal and external audit support.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Prepare treasury-related journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting memos in accordance with US GAAP.
Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedural documentation for treasury activities.
Advise on accounting implications of treasury strategies.
Perform monthly and quarterly close activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analyses.
Partner with teams to support internal process improvements and efficiency in controls.
Must Have Skills:
BA/BS in Finance/Accounting with active CPA license.
Profound knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, specifically in areas of treasury.
Experience with financial systems like SAP (ECC and S4 Hana) and Clearwater.
