JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We are seeking a Technical Writer with a strong foundation in technical writing and project management to join the client’s internal team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving and organizing product and process documentation, ensuring accuracy, comprehensibility, and adherence to best practices. You will work closely with various internal teams, becoming an expert on client's writing guidelines and documentation needs, and build inclusive, collaborative relationships with all stakeholders.
- Become well-versed with client’s writing guidelines, documentation best practices, and knowledge management systems.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to audit and assess documentation needs.
- Research and comprehend client products and support processes to create or improve documentation.
- Excellent editing and English grammar skills.
- Proficient with technology and open to learning new tools.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, easy to understand, and properly organized within the knowledge management systems.
- Foster inclusive, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor.
