Duration: 12+ Months  
Location: San Francisco, CA 
Pay Range: $85 - $95 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Support Analyst to lead and manage the technical support of our cloud data platforms (CDP). The ideal candidate will perform advanced technical troubleshooting, offer primary technical support to our end-user community, and ensure the stability, availability, and performance of our CDP analytics and reporting systems. This role includes on-call responsibilities and requires extensive knowledge of data lake house technologies and agile project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform technical troubleshooting on complex integrated systems and identify solutions.
  • Provide primary technical support to end users for software and data issues.
  • Oversee technical and user support for new releases, including consultation on testing strategies.
  • Coordinate information flow between business owners and development staff, ensuring timely execution.
  • Develop and conduct end-user training sessions; mentor technical support staff.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with Databricks, SparklyR, Python, and SQL.
  • Strong experience in Agile delivery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent analytical, design, and technical problem-solving skills.
Industry Experience Required:
Extensive experience in cloud data platform management and support, preferably within a banking or financial services context.
