Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team , reporting directly to the Vice President of Product Launch. This pivotal role involves leading product launches, ensuring operational excellence, and implementing best practices to enhance product revenue and adoption. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing multiple product launches, fostering collaboration across teams, and driving the adoption of new processes to optimize product market introductions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple product launch projects, ensuring on-time delivery and cross-team coordination.
  • Identify improvement areas in the launch process and implement positive changes.
  • Drive the adoption of new practices among teams involved in the product launch.
  • Serve as a change agent, building strong relationships with senior leaders and peers.
  • Understand the full product and go-to-market lifecycle, ensuring precision in language and detailed attention to processes.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in process creation, change management, and running effective meetings.

Domain Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Technical Project Management or related role at a software company, preferably with experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
