Job Summary:
This role is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives within cloud-first networking and security solutions. You will drive project planning and execution, collaborating with various engineering and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. The position involves leveraging scaled Agile practices and AI-assisted tools to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of large technical programs.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics with stakeholders.
- Implement and refine scaled Agile methodologies across development lifecycles.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Track and report on program progress using key delivery metrics.
- 8+ years of program or technical project management experience in software/cloud/networking/cybersecurity product development.
- Deep experience leading cross-team Agile or scaled Agile delivery initiatives.
- Strong technical background with understanding of SDLC, cloud products, and engineering trade-offs.
