Duration: 6+ Months with possible extension
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $75 - $80 per hour on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic program initiatives within our Payments and Insurance Engineering team. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and high-quality standards. This role demands a dynamic leader who can maintain focus on both the big picture and critical details, ensuring successful outcomes and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in payments and insurance.
- Provide comprehensive project management, including defining scope, budgeting, and overseeing timelines to meet key deliverables.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication across teams.
- Assess project risks and opportunities, devising proactive strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Regularly present project updates, outcomes, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
