Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic program initiatives within our Payments and Insurance Engineering team. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and high-quality standards. This role demands a dynamic leader who can maintain focus on both the big picture and critical details, ensuring successful outcomes and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in payments and insurance.
  • Provide comprehensive project management, including defining scope, budgeting, and overseeing timelines to meet key deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication across teams.
  • Assess project risks and opportunities, devising proactive strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Regularly present project updates, outcomes, and strategic insights to senior leadership.
