Job Summary:

oin our Global Business Solutions Group as the Senior Manager of Technical Compliance & Cybersecurity to spearhead the design and development of groundbreaking controls and protections for global business operations. In this role, you will play a key part in scaling our compliance program to secure our customer and partner obligations against an evolving cybersecurity risk landscape. Your passion for technology, innovation, and compliance will drive process improvements, automate controls oversight, and establish critical global partnerships, supporting significant compliance initiatives like ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3, and PCI DSS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cybersecurity audits, including scope expansion and evidence collection.
  • Drive the adoption of emerging compliance frameworks with prescriptive guidance.
  • Evangelize and manage Intuit’s unified controls database for clear stakeholder roles.
  • Support policy and standard lifecycle processes to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with Product Development to automate compliance within tooling platforms.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in technology audit, risk management, and security compliance.
  • Extensive knowledge of and experience with IT/security control automation and monitoring.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Industry Experience Required:

  • Extensive experience with auditing compliance programs in accordance with recognized security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3, PCI-DSS, etc.).
  • Preferably holds security-related certifications (ISO Lead Auditor, CISA, CISSP).
