Pay Range: $63.00 - $67.33 per hour on w2
This role may require travel to business meetings and events and requires reliable transportation to do so. If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Job Summary:
As a Senior Support Account Manager at our global cybersecurity firm, you are instrumental in enhancing the support experience for our iconic, strategic clientele by managing the delivery of personalized, high-touch technical support services across our extensive product suite. Your role is pivotal in ensuring our services exceed customer expectations by understanding their business objectives and security goals, thereby solidifying customer loyalty and success. You will serve as the primary liaison between customers and our technical teams, ensuring a seamless, supportive partnership that drives value realization and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support management for large enterprise, strategic accounts.
- Lead the identification and resolution of technical challenges hindering customer adoption of our products.
- Foster an in-depth understanding of customer business and security priorities for tailored technical support.
- Prepare and deliver weekly support status reports and quarterly business reviews to customers.
- Proactively use data to monitor customer health and mitigate technical challenges while advocating for customers during issue resolution.
Must-Have Skills:
- Demonstrated proficiency in technical support/service delivery.
- Strong client-facing experience with large enterprises.
- Expertise in network security, cloud solutions, and related technologies.
Industry Experience Required:
- Prior experience in network security technology, security operations, cloud security, or in roles supporting next-generation firewalls, SASE solutions, endpoint security, and security orchestration is essential.
