Pay Range: $60 - $65 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Sourcing & Commercial Manager for my client in Santa Clara, responsible for IC supply, inventory control, and services under a VMI/consignment model. This hybrid role requires coordinating supply-related issues, adjusting price and allocations based on supplier performance, and driving process/system improvements. The successful candidate will negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, oversee supplier performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with MPM, PMT, and ODM SCM on SSD supply issues.
  • Adjust price and allocation based on supplier performance.
  • Engage in strategic planning for future capacity and pricing models.
  • Drive VMI enablement and manage supplier proposals and RFQs.
  • Collaborate on value engineering projects and conduct market analysis.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in commercial sourcing and vendor management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Domain/Industry Experience:
  • Preferably with Semiconductor industry experience.
