Contract Type:  W2 Only
Duration:  6+ Months with Possible Extension
Location: Remote (#LI - Remote)
Pay Range: $70-$75/Hr. on W2


Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to modernize and enhance an existing workflow system into a next-generation platform. This role involves leading the technical strategy, redesigning legacy implementations into scalable solutions, and developing new features with external system integration through REST APIs. The ideal candidate will operate autonomously, working closely with internal teams but driving the project forward independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the modernization of existing workflows, ensuring scalable and maintainable designs.
  • Develop dynamic form logic and integrate with external systems using REST APIs.
  • Redesign multi-team review workflows into a streamlined process using ServiceNow.
  • Enhance user experiences across Service Portal and Workspace/Next Experience.
  • Create clear technical documentation and adhere to platform governance best practices.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficient in JavaScript and REST API integrations.
  • Experience with Flow Designer and ITSM & SecOps modules.
  • Ability to develop within scoped applications in ServiceNow.

Industry Experience:
  • Prior experience in large enterprises or regulated environments is preferred.
  • A deep understanding of data modeling and platform architecture within ServiceNow.
