Contract Type:  W2 Only
Duration:  6+ Months
Location: Oakland, CA (#LI - Hybrid)
Pay Range: $65-$70/Hr. on W2

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for leading and guiding agile teams through the development and delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions within a large-scale digital transformation. You will foster an agile mindset, facilitate all necessary ceremonies, and ensure seamless integration with broader program management structures. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement and coordinate effectively across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach agile teams through Scrum ceremonies and iterative delivery.
  • Bridge the gap between agile team efforts and traditional project governance.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement and manage dependencies across different SAP modules.
  • Support scaled agile events and synchronize team progress with program objectives.
  • Contribute to the collection and reporting of key agile performance indicators.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven Scrum Master experience in enterprise-scale agile delivery.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA implementations or similar ERP platforms.
  • Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and progress tracking.

Industry Experience:
Experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations within a utility industry context is highly preferred
