Job Summary:

This role seeks an experienced SEO/AEO professional to lead and develop the company's search and AI-generated content optimization strategies. You will be instrumental in building out this new function, leveraging data to inform decisions and collaborating with various internal teams. The position offers a unique opportunity to shape strategic direction and expand impact across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and AI-generated content strategies.
  • Monitor and report on search performance, translating complex data for stakeholders.
  • Provide data-driven guidance on content, messaging, and audience targeting.
  • Manage external vendors and specialized contractors effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated communication efforts.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in SEO strategy and implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and presentation.
  • Experience managing external agencies and vendors.

Experience working in public affairs, policy communications, or corporate reputation is preferred.
