JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Develop and lead strategic programs to drive Airbnb Luxe Field Team success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enable Field Team success through new levers and workflows.
- Influence the data and tools roadmap to support program needs and advance Field Team capabilities.
- Drive outcomes and deliver solutions to increase productivity and reduce operational overhead.
- Partner with Ops and Enablement to define and execute tactics that meet and exceed targets.
- Proven expertise in analytics and strategic thinking.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive actions independently.
- This role is designed for a seasoned professional with 8-10 years of experience in sales, account management, operations, program management, and strategy, ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic and evolving environment.
