We are hiring for a PMO Senior Program Manager, Launch Excellence role.  You will be responsible for developing proposals for the launch excellence of new products, technology transfers, and lifecycle projects across various business areas. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for product enhancement and manage complex projects to support our Launch X and PMO team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, select, and prioritize opportunities for new product launches and technology transfers.
• Develop project scope, resources, budget, and timeline.
• Execute technology transfers and manage change control and quality risk evaluations.
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Support portfolio-level decision making and prioritize projects.

• Bachelor's and/OR Master's degree with relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management or product management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in Change Controls within a regulated industry
• Strong financial acumen and working knowledge of batch record documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
