Pay Range: $95 - $98 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in supply chain management to lead complex cross-functional projects aimed at transforming supply chain initiatives within the Client’s Business Applications. This role demands a skilled individual with exposure to various supply chain domains such as Delivery/Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing, and Procurement, and a comprehensive understanding of SAP ERP and advanced planning applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, executing IT projects, and ensuring cross-functional alignment on strategies, goals, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, coordinate, and maintain integrated Supply Chain Planning program/project timelines and governance.
  • Partner with business PM to lead core team and executive steering committee meetings, including status reporting.
  • Drive resolution of project constraints, conflicts, and challenges to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Communicate project status, critical paths, and potential risks organization-wide.
  • Manage project plan, assign tasks, and ensure quality of project deliverables.
Must-Have Skills:
  • PMP Certification
  • Strong experience with SAP ERP systems
  • Proven leadership and cross-functional team management
Industry Experience Required:
  • Experience in Manufacturing Operations
  • Medical device industry background is a plus
Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience leading major cross-functional projects
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Capable of handling ambiguity and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Certification in project management (PMP) or Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
