Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and ensure the seamless execution of pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives from inception to global delivery. This role requires a proactive leader capable of working autonomously to develop operational resources and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to scale innovative experiences aligning with our strategic vision. The ideal candidate will drive the production process with keen insight, ensuring the delivery of timely, high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end production process for pilot and proof-of-concept projects ensuring excellence in delivery.
- Design and implement operational playbooks, training materials, and tools for global delivery support.
- Forge strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to align projects with the company's vision and strategy.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports highlighting program specifics, insights, and lessons learned.
- Innovate pilot project structures and workflows, enabling effective testing and scalable success.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven leadership in managing integrated creative projects.
- Strong capability in budgeting, scheduling, and scope management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
Industry Experience:
- Prior experience in advertising, technology, marketing, or media is preferred.
- Familiarity with startup or 0-1 project environments is highly desirable.
Candidates must be located in San Francisco or Los Angeles and be prepared for a workload of 50 hrs/week, with the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.
