Pay Range: $90 - $100 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
This role requires a seasoned professional to lead and orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion. You will be instrumental in defining program strategy, ensuring clear objectives, and driving execution through effective collaboration with diverse teams. The position demands exceptional leadership and communication to align stakeholders and navigate challenges for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directing large-scale, multi-disciplinary programs from start to finish.
  • Establishing program goals, timelines, and key performance indicators.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Implementing frameworks for program governance and communication.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving program risks and issues.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Extensive program management experience.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
Domain / Industry Experience:
Experience in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization is essential, with familiarity in the Salesforce platform and ecosystem being a significant advantage.
