Duration:  8+ Months with possible extension
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $70 - $80 per hour on W2
 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead initiatives for launching new product offerings, requiring close collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. The role demands strategic roadmap creation, transformation into actionable plans, and diligent execution to meet time and budget constraints. The successful candidate will strategically manage complex, matrixed projects ensuring integration and alignment with broader business objectives and continuous process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring milestones are met within set timelines and budgets.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teamwork to align multiple project streams and dependencies, maximizing project outcomes.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential setbacks, ensuring project success.
  • Lead process optimization efforts across teams, promoting best practices and tool utilization for efficiency.
  • Drive the release management process to ensure effective deployment and functionality of product updates.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficient in using SharePoint, Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of both waterfall and agile software development life cycles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with executives and diverse teams.

Industry Experience Required:

  • 6-8+ years in program management within the software, SaaS, or related sectors.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
