Pay Range: $55 - $60 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Policy team, focusing on scaling global efforts and integrating innovative technology solutions for regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement. The role involves leading the development and execution of policy-related CRM and AI tools, ensuring strategic alignment across over 180,000 jurisdictions. We aim for a strategic, systems-minded individual to enhance our campaign infrastructure, facilitating more effective and efficient global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the roadmap, execution, and cross-functional coordination of Policy CRM and AI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Policy CRM and Political Intelligence Manager, incorporating global campaign feedback into product development.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and successes of the policy technology workstreams.
  • Identify and act on emerging trends in AI, CRM, and political technology to advance the Policy team's capabilities.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to integrate AI and CRM tools, enhancing scalability and stakeholder engagement.

Must-have Skills:

  • Profound experience in program or project management within dynamic settings.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving ability, with a strong data-driven approach.

Industry Experience:
Extensive experience in public policy, marketing, or operations, especially within tech or related industries, is crucial.
