This role requires a blend of strong program management experience, process improvement skills, and a background in customer support, particularly within new product and service introductions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage readiness across various functions for global support teams, including IT/business systems, training, and lab equipment.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure customer service and support readiness for new product and service introductions.
- Develop and manage program scope, schedules, stakeholder lists, processes, plans, and execution in a collaborative environment.
- Identify and manage risks, applying strong problem-solving and strategic decision-making skills.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience in program management, particularly in technology or technical support contexts.
- Solid background in cybersecurity, network security, or cloud technologies; experience with SaaS preferred.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide and influence at all organizational levels.
- Minimum of 10 years in technology, with a preference for backgrounds in field engineering, technical support, or a related engineering field.
- At least 5 years in roles focused on new product introductions (NPI) or new services introductions (NSI).
- Must have high-tech background with companies like Cisco, Google, HP, Apple, or other SAAS-focused firms
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- PMP certification preferred; ITIL or Lean Six Sigma certifications desired.
