Pay Range: $110 -$122.21 Per Hour
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The ideal candidate will have significant experience in spearheading cross-functional teams, improving business processes, and managing the readiness of global support teams for new services and products
- Manage readiness across various functions such as IT/business systems, training, and lab equipment for new product and service introductions.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including product management, technical support, IT, and Engineering, to prepare for customer support and services.
- Develop program scope, schedules, stakeholder lists, process plans, and execution strategies in a collaborative environment.
- Identify risks, solve problems strategically, and use communication skills to influence decisions across all management levels.
- 10+ years of experience in Program and Product Management
- Proven track record in process implementation and improvement
- Extensive background in SAAS (Software as a Service)
- Strong leadership skills to collaborate with VPs and Directors
- Experience in leading and developing programs
- Ability to work closely with operational teams
- Proficient in status reporting, risk identification, and mitigation
- Must have high-tech background with companies like Cisco, Google, HP, Apple, or other SAAS-focused firms
- NPI (New Product Introduction) experience Must
