Contract Type:  W2 Only
Duration:  6+ Months
Location: Oakland, CA (#LI - Hybrid)
Pay Range: $75-$80/Hr. on W2

Job Summary:
This role requires an experienced professional to manage and optimize enterprise Oracle database systems. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, implementing modernization strategies, and automating routine administrative tasks. The position involves deep technical expertise in various Oracle technologies to support critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain Oracle RAC, ASM, and Grid Infrastructure.

  • Configure and manage high availability solutions like Data Guard.

  • Implement and troubleshoot Oracle GoldenGate for data synchronization.

  • Conduct advanced performance tuning and SQL optimization.

  • Automate database deployments and maintenance tasks.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years of Oracle DBA experience.

  • Proven expertise in RAC, ASM, and Data Guard.

  • Experience with database automation tools like Ansible.


Industry Experience:
Experience in managing large-scale, high-availability enterprise Oracle database environments is essential.
