Job Summary: 
The Measurement team is seeking a Senior Measurement Strategist, focused on retail advertisers, to enhance business growth through effective ads measurement and strategic insights. This role involves conducting measurement tests, serving as the primary contact for strategic advertiser relationships, and communicating complex results to non-technical audiences. The successful candidate will collaborate with sales teams to influence retail partners' ad strategies and keep abreast of current measurement technologies and approaches within the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and deliver measurement tests and analyses using internal and external solutions.
  • Serve as the day-to-day strategic contact for retail advertisers, focusing on Omnichannel Retail measurement.
  • Translate complex analytics results to non-technical client audiences and influence their measurement strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales to deliver measurement-based recommendations and establish annual account strategies.
  • Stay informed on current retail measurement technologies, providing guidance and recommendations to clients.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis
  • Deep understanding of digital ads measurement concepts and tools
  • Strong communication skills to synthesize and present insights to non-technical audiences

Industry Experience Required:
5+ years in digital ads measurement within technology companies, media agencies, consulting firms, advertisers, or research entities, especially within the retail sector.
