Location: Remote San Francisco, CA
Pay Range: $90-$100/hr. on W2

Job Summary:

This role is for a dedicated analytics owner within a scaled host outreach team, responsible for developing and executing measurement strategies. The position will bring experimental rigor to high-volume campaigns and provide crucial analytical insights to guide strategic decisions and resource allocation. You will be instrumental in proving the incremental value of outreach efforts and optimizing best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze incrementality tests to quantify campaign impact.
  • Evaluate channel performance across different regions and identify optimal strategies.
  • Analyze audience, lever, and segment performance for improved efficiency.
  • Contribute to strategic questioning and roadmap development through data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign execution and performance reporting.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
  • Proven experience designing, executing, and analyzing experiments.
  • Expertise in campaign and lifecycle measurement across various channels.

Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in marketing analytics within a data-driven technology or platform-based industry is highly preferred.
