Job Summary:
In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and administration of compensation programs for the Customer Excellence Group, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. You will work closely at the crossroads of Finance, HR, and go-to-market strategies to develop and implement compensation plans that enhance performance and retention. This role requires a collaborative and analytical approach, with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and administer incentive compensation plans, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and objectives.
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Sales Compensation teams to maintain competitive, equitable compensation structures.
Utilize data analytics to provide strategic insights and recommendations on compensation effectiveness to senior leadership.
Manage compensation dispute resolutions and plan interpretation queries as the primary point of contact.
Coordinate the annual compensation plan updates, including quota-setting, communications, and role KPI integrations.


Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience in compensation planning and execution.
Strong proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders in Finance, HR, and Operations.


Domain/Industry Experience:
Experience in sales, revenue, or customer success operations within a large organization is preferred but flexible.
