Duration:  9+ Months with possible extension
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $30-$35/hr. on W2

Job Summary:

This role offers a vital opportunity to support employees through significant life and work events. You will act as a primary point of contact for intricate HR matters, ensuring a high level of care and clarity for all involved. By collaborating across departments, you will contribute to enhancing scalable, quality HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise employees and management on sensitive HR issues.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee inquiries efficiently.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to provide comprehensive support.
  • Utilize case management systems for effective tracking and reporting.
  • Contribute to process enhancements for improved HR service delivery.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Expertise in handling complex HR casework.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in a scaled HR delivery environment or employee resource center is preferred.
