Job Summary: 
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Product Experience Engineering team, tasked with delivering exceptional user experiences and contributing significantly to the foundation of Auth0's product stack. In this role, you will work closely with product and design teams to create engaging UX, make impactful technical decisions, and mentor junior engineers. The position requires collaborating with global teams and offers the chance to shape our Customer Identity Cloud (CIC) service, impacting millions of daily logins.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver world-class user experiences using a React-based design system.
  • Drive technical decisions balancing simplicity, flexibility, reliability, and performance.
  • Address proactive needs across the engineering organization to facilitate rapid and robust product delivery.
  • Mentor junior engineers, contributing to their development journey.
  • Enhance Auth0's architecture, product performance, observability, security controls, and best practices.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Profound experience with Javascript, Next.js and React.
  • Strong understanding of Redux or MobX, and experience writing test cases ensuring code quality.
  • Competency in design systems and Node.js.

Domain Experience:

  • Prior experience in identity management, authentication, or related fields is preferable but not mandatory.

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work from the Bangalore office for 2 days a week.
  • Openness to a possibility of extension depending on FY27 budgeting cycle.
  • Experience in collaborating with US-based engineering teams and excellent English communication skills.
