Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $40-$44/hr. on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven FP&A professional to lead reporting and analytics for the Corporate Route-to-Market (RTM) function. The ideal candidate will own key financial and operational metrics, support forecasting and planning cycles, and deliver actionable, data-backed insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own reporting and analytics for Corporate RTM, covering ARR, pipeline, ARPU, usage, and other key measurement metrics
  • Support the management of outlook, forecasts, and planning models
  • Analyze data trends, identify anomalies or breaks in trends, and conduct root-cause deep dives into discrepancies
  • Generate actionable insights and data-backed recommendations for business stakeholders
  • Support the refresh and preparation of QBR decks and other finance review materials
  • Drive ad-hoc analytics and reporting to support evolving business needs
Must-Have Skills:
  • Self-starter with strong ownership mindset
  • Excellent Excel skills; exposure to Pluto (or similar planning/reporting tools) preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, automation, and reporting at scale
  • High degree of data fluency with the ability to identify trend breaks and perform root-cause analysis
Industry Experience:
  • Prior experience in FP&A or a related finance/analytics role
  • Bachelor's degree, ideally with a specialization in Finance or Data Science
