Job Summary:
We seek a Senior Finance Systems Specialist focusing on NetSuite to act as our subject matter expert for all Record-to-Report processes. You'll play a pivotal role in guiding and executing improvements, customizations, and integrations within our NetSuite environment while ensuring our financial operations comply with audit standards like SOX and GAAP. This role involves leading R2R projects, supporting critical financial closing activities, and enhancing system efficiencies through strategic implementations and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
Preferably candidates with over 8 years of technology experience in finance or accounting, including significant exposure to NetSuite in a R2R, accounting, or finance capacity.

- Lead the implementation, customization, and integration of NetSuite's financial modules for optimized R2R processes.
- Support financial close operations, ensuring accurate reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with global accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot NetSuite issues, streamline processes, and implement automation solutions.
- Oversee NetSuite system configurations, monitor audit trails, and support compliance and audit activities.
- Provide insightful updates to leadership, highlighting risks, dependencies, and proposing solutions to improve system effectiveness.
- Profound knowledge and hands-on experience in NetSuite, including customizations and financial module integrations.
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and experience in managing global accounting and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional communication abilities.
