Location: SAFO, CA (#LI-Remote)
Pay Range: $80 - $85 per hour on W2


Job Summary:
This role is for a Senior Engineering Program Manager focused on advancing 3D technologies and workflows. You will lead complex, high-impact programs from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The position requires a proactive individual capable of navigating ambiguity, driving cross-functional teams, and achieving excellent results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate the lifecycle of critical technical programs, translating business objectives into actionable plans.

  • Foster seamless collaboration among diverse engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure project success.

  • Proactively identify and address program risks, developing contingency plans to ensure timely delivery.

  • Champion and implement efficient program management best practices to enhance execution.

  • Clearly communicate program progress, challenges, and dependencies to stakeholders across all levels.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Extensive experience leading complex technical programs.

  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and consensus.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and cloud technologies.

Industry Experience:
Experience in the software industry, particularly with 3D technologies and creative workflows, is highly desirable.
