Job Description

Primary Skills: AI tools development (Expert), GitHub APIs (Proficient), CI/CD Systems (Proficient), DORA Metrics (Proficient), Automated Testing (Familiar)
Contract Type:  W2
Duration:  3+ Months with possible extension
Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)
Pay Range: $70 - $80 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
Build and scale AI Developer Productivity programs to enhance engineering efficiency through metrics and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build AI productivity measurement systems to track tool adoption and impact.
  • Implement DORA metrics to improve engineering flow and predictability.
  • Publish weekly scorecards and identify bottlenecks in software delivery.
  • Enforce coverage standards and monitor end-to-end health to protect quality.
  • Establish a data and automation layer for insightful dashboards and governance.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 6+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience with GitHub APIs and CI/CD systems.
  • Strong systems thinking to balance speed and reliability.
Industry/Education Experience: Computer science bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience
