We are seeking a Senior Device Management Engineer to join our team, focusing on the CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management solution within our device fleet. This role involves deploying, configuring, supporting the EPM solution, and providing operational support across all phases of its rollout. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in enhancing our EPM configuration, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring a secure yet seamless experience across devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, configure and support the CyberArk EPM solution on managed devices.
- Execute ongoing configurations and upgrades to the EPM solution.
- Handle requests for configuration changes based on customer and security recommendations.
- Track and report on operational and deployment metrics, including KPIs.
- Collaborate with security, engineering, and IT support teams, leveraging device management platforms like Microsoft Intune and JAMF for application deployment.
- Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and MacOS
- Experience in a security-focused engineering role within IT, particularly in endpoint management and privilege management.
