This role requires working closely with Software Engineering and Product teams to turn ideas into AI solutions, aiming to simplify networking and network security for customers.

- Set direction and goals for AI Ops and Generative AI efforts, focusing on ML system design and project impact.
- Adapt machine learning methods to fully leverage cloud computing and GPUs.
- Lead the development of ML best practices, influencing engineering culture towards collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop scalable classifiers and tools for recommendation, classification, and optimization challenges.
- Synthesize requirements, create a practical feature roadmap, and collaborate with Engineering to deliver ML solutions.
- Expertise in Python and Spark.
- Experience in developing machine learning models at scale.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and project ownership skills.
- Previous experience in cybersecurity or cloud-first networking environments preferred.
