Pay Range: $55 - $60 per hour. on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Engagement & Infrastructure team, supporting the Public Policy department. This pivotal role involves analyzing the engagement and effectiveness of the Policy’s marketing initiatives across multiple channels, and building intuitive data visualizations and custom audiences to strengthen our political advocacy and regulatory compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will also work closely with cross-functional teams, managing data integrations and supporting local and regional Policy teams with their data and analytics needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze Policy’s marketing initiatives, distill insights across various channels, and identify reputational trends.
  • Build and leverage self-service data visualizations to monitor marketing engagement and trends.
  • Utilize behavior-based criteria to drive engagement and conversions in political advocacy and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to address Policy marketing and comms data needs.
  • Develop and manage data pipelines for the Policy Cloud, ensuring clean, aggregated, and actionable data.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Expertise in SQL and Python.
  • Advanced data analysis and visualization capabilities.
  • Strong experience with marketing campaigns analytics and attribution modeling.
Industry Experience:
  • Familiarity with B2C marketing, especially if related to political advocacy or regulatory engagements, is highly desirable.
