Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Deployment Specialist to lead our team in optimizing customer engagements through effective deployment and customization of our XDR/XSIAM platform, ensuring a swift and successful product adoption. The ideal candidate will act as a product SME, offering top-tier assistance and expertise in product inquiries, technical issues, and customer training. This role involves close collaboration with product and engineering teams to enhance customer experiences and create scalable digital resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the team in ensuring prompt and effective customer deployment and customization of the XDR/XSIAM platform.
- Serve as the product expert, aiding customers with product questions, technical requirements, script writing, and troubleshooting.
- Foster collaboration with product and engineering teams for product optimization.
- Translate technical knowledge into digital articles and guides for customer self-service.
- Ensure quick and successful product deployment and adoption across customer bases.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Python and at least one other scripting language (JavaScript or PowerShell).
- Strong experience in cybersecurity principles, including security design, EDR, SIEM, and SOAR.
- Exceptional customer-facing and communication skills.
Industry Experience:
- Previous experience in cybersecurity, particularly with EDR, SIEM, SOAR, or NGFW technologies.
- Experience working in SOC, incident response, or as a cybersecurity analyst/manager is highly beneficial.
