Pay Range: $90.00 - $93.75 Per Hour on W2

Job Summary:
This role focuses on developing and refining sophisticated robot motion control systems by optimizing controller performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing robust validation frameworks to ensure system reliability and efficiency. Strong programming and analytical skills are essential for automating tests, interpreting system behaviors, and thoroughly documenting methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tune robot controller parameters for optimal performance.
  • Design and implement automated testing procedures for control systems.
  • Develop algorithms for position and torque control.
  • Analyze system responses and troubleshoot control issues.
  • Document testing processes and system performance data.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Expertise in classical control theory and applied dynamics.
  • Hands-on experience with physical hardware control systems.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink or Python for modeling.
Industry Experience:
This role requires experience in robotics and control systems engineering, with a focus on developing and tuning algorithms for complex robotic platforms.
