Job Summary:
We are on the hunt for a seasoned Contract Recruiter to become a part of our Netflix Content Talent Acquisition team, focusing on filling roles from Coordinators to Directors within our content creative, production, and strategy branches. The role demands a strategic partner who can execute full-cycle recruiting with a keen eye on maintaining an excellent candidate experience amidst our fast-evolving landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a proven ability to navigate diverse talent pools, offering strategic hiring advice, and fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute comprehensive search strategies from discovery to engagement, targeting diverse talent pools across various levels of our Content teams.
• Partner effectively with hiring managers and Talent HRBPs to align recruitment strategies with show dynamics, production needs, and business objectives.
• Advise on recruiting approaches grounded in an understanding of talent market trends, compensation dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
• Lead the assessment and offer negotiation stages, ensuring alignment with studio values and a fiscally responsible stance towards production budgets.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in all recruiting efforts to reflect the broader community and enhance authentic storytelling.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting within a fast-paced environment.

Industry Experience Required:

• Minimum 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with executive search exposure and a background in production and development environments.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly familiarity with Eightfold and Workday, is desirable.
