This hybrid role, based in San Francisco, Mountain View, or San Diego, demands a candidate adept at steering content projects from concept through publication, managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships, and innovating our content strategy with AI-enhanced tools. - Lead the editorial planning and execution process, driving content from ideation to live publication across multiple formats including video and podcasts.
- Streamline content workflows within our CMS, ensuring content accuracy, engagement, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with multiple departments (legal, brand, PR) and external agencies to maintain a cohesive content strategy and timely execution.
- Utilize AI tools for content creation and process optimizations, keeping our content strategy ahead of technological trends.
- Monitor, assess, and report on content performance, leveraging insights to optimize future content projects.
- Exceptional content management and editorial skills.
- Proficiency in CMS (WordPress) and familiarity with AI content creation tools.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships and agency partnerships.
