Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer with a specialization in AWS Transfer Family services to develop and maintain secure file transfer integrations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building integration services platforms using AWS native services and Infrastructure as Code, actively participating in the system development lifecycle, customer onboarding, product enhancements, and providing stellar production support. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with various teams in a dynamic environment, requiring a technically savvy individual with strong collaboration and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred due to the nature of the file transfer services and the requirement for high availability, security, and compliance with financial standards.

- Develop and maintain integration services using AWS Transfer Family (SFTP, FTPS, FTP, AS2 protocols).
- Configure and manage core AWS services (EC2, IAM, Load Balancers) and write Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, GitLab CI/CD pipelines).
- Lead the establishment of cloud integration architecture guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Provide end-to-end support for integration solutions, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Develop custom monitoring and alerting solutions and participate in production support including on-call rotations.
- Proficient in AWS services and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Strong experience with Python and AWS Lambda for developing file-based integration services.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
