Job Summary:
Join our team as a Senior Staff Business Systems Analyst to drive innovation and efficiency through expert application of technology and systems analysis. You'll be the force behind optimizing operations, accelerating organizational goals, and solving complex problems through technological solutions. Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to identify gaps, develop strategic solutions, and lead projects enhancing the Sales and Care team's software capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize business processes and technology systems for operational optimization and organizational acceleration.
- Lead the synthesis of data to drive decision-making and develop effective solutions alongside cross-functional teams.
- Identify system gaps and recommend scalable technological solutions enhancing business processes.
- Guide strategic planning and project delivery by mentoring cross-functional teams and ensuring effective communication.
- Develop and present solutions for strategic software capability initiatives, including VEP migrations, integrations, and tool scaling or consolidation.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong command over business process redesign principles.
- Advanced data analysis and decision-making capability.
- Proficient in Agile development methodologies.
Industry Experience:
- Prior experience in a platform with a services-oriented architecture is preferred. Familiarity with software tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and Gainsight is essential.
