This role involves meticulous documentation and analysis of processes, ensuring detailed requirements are captured at an attribute level. The ideal candidate will have experience in standard Book of Record files migration, particularly within systems like ISM, Dataphile, or Client ADP focusing on positions, transactions, and accounts. Experience with notable conversions such as Richardson's or Manulife Securities in Canada would be highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
- Document current and future state process flows in detail.
- Define detailed technical, functional, and non-functional requirements for Book of Record files migration.
- Engage in detailed analysis and documentation at the attribute level of positions, transactions, and accounts.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and progress.
- Guide the process of book of record migration or conversion with a hands-on approach.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in financial systems migration projects.
- Excellent communication and documentation ability.
Industry Experience Required:
Experience in financial services, particularly with Book of Record migration projects involving systems like ISM, Dataphile, or Client ADP. Prior involvement in major financial conversions in Canada is preferred.
