Location: Toronto, ON (#LI - Remote)
Pay Range: CAD 87-92/Hr. on T4

Job Summary:
Join a dynamic team focused on scaling organizational goals through experimentation and innovative customer experiences for high-traffic marketing websites. You will be instrumental in the entire experimentation lifecycle, from initial concept to implementation and analysis. This role requires deep integration of Adobe Experience Manager with Adobe Target for advanced personalization and seamless A/B testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end experimentation, from ideation to analysis.
  • Develop AEM components and frontend solutions for complex testing.
  • Design and implement APIs and data models to support experimentation.
  • Collaborate with backend developers on technical integrations.
  • Document technical solutions, data models, and architecture.

Must-Have Skills:
  • 3+ years of professional experience with Adobe Target.
  • Solid understanding of AEM frontend development.
  • 3+ years of professional experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Industry Experience:
Experience in the digital marketing industry, specifically with large-scale marketing websites and experimentation platforms like Adobe Target, is strongly preferred.
